♡ MY WORKFLOW ♡

WIPs and progress updates will be provided throughout your commission.I may ask for your feedback or approval before moving on from certain stages.I test my work throughout the process and will fix any issues I notice before delivery.Please mention changes as early as possible. Major changes requested after a stage has already been approved may cost extra.Small adjustments and fixes are completely okay to request, I want you to be happy with the finished result! ♡

♡ TURNAROUND TIME ♡

Please keep in mind that I have a personal life outside of commissions, and turnaround times may vary.I am currently going through some major life changes, so my estimated completion times have a wider range than usual.Any completion date I provide is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Unexpected circumstances may cause delays, but I will communicate any major changes or delays whenever possible.If you need a commission completed by a strict deadline, please let me know before payment so I can confirm whether I am able to accommodate it. ♡

HOW COMMISSIONS WORK

♡ 01 • REQUEST ♡

Send me your commission request along with references, asset links, and a description of what you'd like.Please be as clear as possible about the overall style and features you want. If you're unsure about something, we can discuss it before I give you a final quote. ♡

♡ 02 • QUOTE ♡

I'll review your request and give you a final price based on the amount of work and complexity.Once we agree on the scope and price, your commission can move forward.

♡ 03 • PAYMENT ♡

You may choose to pay 50% upfront or pay the full amount upfront.If you choose the 50% option, the remaining 50% must be paid once the commission is completed and before the final files are delivered.Work will not begin until the required upfront payment has been received. ♡

♡ 04 • CREATION ♡

Once payment is received, I'll begin working on your commission.Commissions are worked on around my current queue and availability. Progress may vary depending on the complexity of your commission.Please keep in mind that estimated completion dates are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

♡ 05 • WIPS + REVISIONS ♡

I'll send WIPs throughout the commission so you can see the progress and give feedback.Please request changes when WIPs are sent whenever possible. Once a stage has been approved and I've moved forward, major changes may require an additional fee.Small fixes or adjustments are completely okay to request. ♡

♡ 06 • FINAL PAYMENT ♡

If you paid 50% upfront, the remaining 50% will be due once your commission is complete.If you paid the full amount upfront, no additional payment is required.Final files will be delivered after any remaining balance has been paid.

♡ 07 • DELIVERY ♡

Once everything is approved and payment is complete, you'll receive your finished commission files.Please check your files after receiving them and let me know if there are any issues with the completed work. ♡

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING

♡ GENERAL TERMS ♡

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.♡ You must legally own any paid assets provided for the commission. Proof of purchase may be requested.
- (Bases for base edits and booth assets)♡ I will not edit, resculpt, fix, or otherwise work on another creator's commercial edit unless their TOS allows it and you have the appropriate rights to use it.♡ Commercial-use commissions are for use within your own commercial work/products and may not be redistributed as standalone edits or assets unless specifically agreed upon.♡ If my commissioned work is used in a commercial avatar/product, credit is required.♡ Do not claim my work as your own.♡ Third-party assets used in your commission are still subject to their original creators' Terms of Service.♡ I reserve the right to refuse a commission that I am not comfortable taking or that falls outside of what I can reasonably complete.

♡ PAYMENT POLICY ♡

♡ You may pay 50% upfront or 100% upfront before work begins.♡ If you choose the 50% option, the remaining balance is due once the commission is complete and before final files are delivered.♡ Work will not begin until the required upfront payment has been received.♡ Additional work requested outside of the originally agreed commission may result in additional charges.♡ Final files will not be delivered until the commission has been paid in full.

♡ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS ♡

♡ If you cancel before I begin working, you may receive a refund for the amount paid.♡ Once work has begun, the initial 50% payment becomes non-refundable.♡ If you paid 100% upfront and cancel after work has begun, any possible refund will depend on how much of the commission has already been completed.♡ If the commission has been completed, payment is non-refundable.♡ If I need to cancel a commission that I am unable to complete, any payment covering work that has not been completed will be refunded.♡ Chargebacks or payment disputes made to bypass these terms may result in refusal of future commissions.

♡ REVISIONS & COMMUNICATION ♡

♡ WIPs and progress updates will be provided throughout the commission when applicable.♡ Please give feedback and request changes when WIPs are sent. Once a stage has been approved, major changes requested afterward may result in an additional fee.♡ Small fixes and reasonable adjustments are welcome throughout the process.♡ Please do not rush or repeatedly pressure me for updates. I have responsibilities outside of commissions, and turnaround times may vary.♡ Estimated completion dates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. I will communicate significant delays whenever possible.♡ Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the commission and refusal of future services.

♡ DELIVERY & AFTERCARE ♡

♡ Final files will be delivered once the commission is completed, approved, and fully paid.♡ Please download and safely store your files after delivery.♡ You have 2 weeks after delivery to contact me about issues directly related to the work I completed.♡ Fixes for mistakes caused by my work within this period will be handled when reasonably possible.♡ Changes, new additions, or problems caused by modifications made after delivery are not considered free fixes and may require an additional fee.♡ If your files are lost, leaked, stolen, ripped, or otherwise obtained by another person, I am not responsible for providing a replacement commission for free.

♡ COMMERCIAL USE ♡

♡ Commercial pricing is required if my commissioned work will be used on an avatar or product that you intend to sell or otherwise distribute commercially.♡ Commercial rights apply only to your own finished commercial product. My commissioned edits may not be extracted, repackaged, or redistributed as standalone assets unless I have specifically given permission.♡ You may not resell, share, trade, leak, or give away the commissioned files or edits themselves.♡ You may not make my commissioned work public or distribute it through free/public avatars unless I have specifically approved it.♡ Commercial permission from me does not override another creator's TOS. You are responsible for making sure every third-party asset used allows your intended use.♡ Commercial rights are for the original commissioner only unless otherwise agreed upon.

♡ CREDIT ♡

♡ AGREEMENT ♡

By commissioning me and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.♡ You are responsible for reading my TOS before purchasing a commission.♡ My TOS may be updated when necessary. Any major changes will apply to future commissions, unless a change is required to address an active commission or situation.♡ Any exceptions or special agreements must be discussed and agreed upon before payment.♡ If you're unsure about any of my terms, please ask before commissioning. I'm happy to clarify anything before we begin.
